Further, using both of these important aspects of each loan deal, XSite has developed a “Composite XRI” score which joins the financial viability and the market viability of the commercial property into one measurable. As it pertains to properties associated with non-performing loans or other real estate owned by the lender, the XSite Portfolio Toxicity Analysis Report also assess the potential “best uses” of those properties in the event that the institution has to repurpose the property or engage a broker to sell the property.
